Maddy: Customer Service Manager

Hey guys, my name is Maddy and I am the Customer Service Manager at Desert Down Ranch Wear, aka the face behind the info@desertdown.com email (; Raised in Knoxville and still lucky enough to call it home!

It has been so amazing getting to be a part of Desert Down for the last two years and witnessing the immense growth. Who knew that helping a stranger who reached out on Instagram at her first pop-up in town would lead to a lifelong friendship and passion for DDRW! I love interacting with all of you guys and finding solutions to any problems. I am a school psychologist, so I definitely thrive off helping!

Some quick get-to-know-me: I am getting married in September to the man of my dreams, we have the world's greatest fur baby – A Goldendoodle named Beamer, you can always find us on some sort of new adventure – life is never dull!
