DESERT DOWN RANCH WEAR ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that qualify, for a store credit (DDRW E-Gift Card) within 7 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED. This applies to all in store purchases as well.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED
HOW TO RETURN:
To make a return, item(s) MUST be sent back to DDRW within 7 days of the DELIVERY date. Tracking information for the return MUST be sent to email@example.com within those 7 days. Items MUST be returned WITH TAGS and UNDAMAGED/UNWORN. If item(s) are returned without tags or are damaged/worn, you will NOT receive your E-Gift Card.
INCLUDE IN RETURNING PACKAGE:
- PACKING SLIP from your order OR printed confirmation email.
- CIRCLE ITEM(S) being returned and include the REASON FOR RETURN.
PACK YOUR RETURN:
Purchaser IS responsible for all shipping costs on the returning package. ITEMS MUST BE PACKED WITH CARE in new packaging. Shoe boxes MUST be in packaging.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation.
If Desert Down Ranch Wear receives a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost, or the order will be canceled and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the amount of item minus a 10% restocking fee (not including shipping that was at cost of DDRW).
ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN:
If an item is returned that DOES NOT qualify for a return (All Final Sale Items or damaged/worn) we will send you an email and invoice for the return shipping cost. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED:
If there are any issues, such as damage to items purchased or you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. We will review this email and send a prepaid label for a return. You have 7 DAYS to ship the return back to us. If the items are not sent back within those 7 days the item(s) will no longer be accepted.
STORE CREDIT will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions for this policy. Items that have been worn and claimed damaged will not be accepted. All tags must be intact.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography, indoor / outdoor lighting, and device resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary.
