SHIPPING
SHIPPING:
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $100+ *EXCLUDING all boots, beddings, and rugs. If an item is shipped directly from another vendor such as Walli Cases or Walking A custom graphics, their shipping rates will be charged*
- We do our best to get orders out in a timely manner, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. We do NOT cater to time sensitive shipments, plan ahead!
- We ship via USPS carrier. You will receive your tracking number via email or text (depending on the information you provide at checkout) with a link that will lead you to the carrier of your package.
- Route shipping protection is added by default to all orders. This shipping insurance provides extra protection on you package. If you package is lost or damaged, you are to file a claim with Route to receive compensation for your items.

ORDER CANCELATION:
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
- We work very hard to get orders out as soon as we are able.
- You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
PROMO CODES:
- Promo codes of any kind must be applied DURING checkout.

ALL ABOUT RETURNS
EXCHANGES:
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation.
ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY!
- DESERT DOWN ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that is not a final sale item.
- Returns must be sent to us within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED. This meaning the return must be SHIPPED within the 7 business day allowance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Return Address:
- You, as the customer, are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label at your desired carrier.
- To make a return, item(s) MUST be sent back to Desert Down within 7 business days of the DELIVERY date. (Ex. if you order arrives on the business day of Monday, then your order must be shipped out back to us by the business day of Wednesday the following week)
- Pack your item(s) in a secure package with the protective packaging around the item(s) as it was sent to you.
- Items MUST be returned WITH TAGS and UNDAMAGED/UNWORN. If item(s) are returned without tags or are damaged/worn, your return will NOT be processed and you will not receive your store credit compensation.
- INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SLIP with the items you are returning circled so we can be sure we have the correct customer information and have received the correct item(s)
- Please email your tracking information to info@desertdown.com so we can be on the lookout for your return! :)
*ATTENTION*
Your return will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not process returns back to cards or any other form of payment. This applies to ALL purchases.
Desert Down Ranch Wear LLC is NOT responsible for:
- ANY and ALL customs fees for packages going in or out of the United States
- Delays with USPS or UPS shipping

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER & FEES
WRONG ADDRESS:
- If Desert Down receives a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost for the second shipment to the correct address.
- You will receive an email from info@desertdown.com if we have run into this issue with your order.
- An invoice will be sent for the additional shipping cost of a new label, and must be paid promptly. Your order will not ship until the invoice is paid.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED:
- If there are any issues, such as damage to items purchased or you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to info@desertdown.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
- We will review this email and send a prepaid label for a return.
- You have 7 BUSINESS DAYS to ship the return back to us once we have sent you your prepaid label.
- If the items are not sent back within those 7 business days the item(s) will no longer be accepted.
STORE CREDIT will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions for this policy.
Items that have been worn and claimed damaged will not be accepted. All tags must be intact.
If a product is sent back without tags or worn, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to you. An invoice will be sent upon receiving the item(s) and you will have 3 BUSINESS DAYS to pay the shipping label invoice. After 3 business days your item(s) will be donated to our local charity.
