These Wolf Stretchy Bracelet Bundles are special, limited-quantity sets handmade in the USA by the children of the original makers of the Black Wolf & White Wolf collections, Jason Ogg and Shay Pfeiffer
Each bundle includes two matching bracelets and is available in two symbolic styles:
Each bracelet is designed with a mix of natural stones and sterling silver accents, strung on durable stretch cord for everyday comfort.
These were created as pre-made bundles, so they cannot be separated, and there is only ONE bundle available per color.
Every bracelet features natural stone variations, making each pair completely unique.

ALL STANDARD RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Unaltered and undamaged
- Free from makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with original packaging or protective materials when applicable
- Not listed or marked as Final Sale
Merchandise that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return or store credit.
International orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your return store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved returns must be dropped off and scanned by the designated shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving your return label. Returns shipped outside of this timeframe may be refused.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. Store credit will be issued after the return has been inspected and approved.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Start Your Return HERE
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing your return shipping label and instructions.
To complete your return:
- Securely package your item(s), including the original protective packaging when applicable.
- Make sure all original tags remain attached.
- Include your packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning.
- Attach the return shipping label provided to you.
- Drop your package off with the designated shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving your return label.
We recommend keeping your return tracking information until your store credit has been issued.
STORE CREDIT
Approved standard returns are refunded in the form of store credit only.
We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment for standard returns.
Your store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the approved returned merchandise, less the cost of the return shipping label.
Original shipping charges are not included in your store credit.
Your store credit will be added to your Desert Down account and sent to you via email.

AUTHENTIC COWHIDE PRODUCTS
Authentic cowhide is a natural material, which means no two pieces will be exactly alike.
Color, pattern, hair length, texture, markings, scars, and other natural characteristics may vary from piece to piece. These variations are part of the unique nature of genuine cowhide and are not considered defects.
All cowhide products are Final Sale, excluding shoes.
All customized or personalized cowhide products are FINAL SALE — NO EXCEPTIONS.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise is handled separately from our standard return process.
If you believe you received a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact Desert Down Ranch Wear LLC at info@desertdown.com promptly after delivery and before wearing, washing, removing tags, or attempting to alter or repair the merchandise.
Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the item and the issue.
If Desert Down Ranch Wear LLC determines that an item arrived with a qualifying defect or that we incorrectly fulfilled your order, you will not be charged a return shipping fee for the affected merchandise. You will be sent a return label to send the items back to Desert Down, and receive a replacement (if applicable) or refund for the item(s) affected.
Damage resulting from wear, washing, improper care, misuse, accidental damage, alteration, or normal wear and tear after delivery is not considered a product defect.
Natural variations and characteristics of authentic cowhide are not considered defects.
If you believe your merchandise was damaged during shipping rather than having a product or manufacturing defect, please refer to our Shipping Policy for information regarding Route Package Protection and shipping claims.
RETURNED ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY
All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival.
Items returned with signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, pet hair, missing tags, or other conditions that make the merchandise unsuitable for resale will not qualify for store credit.
Desert Down Ranch Wear LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
